School dues can only be paid in the School account Office, by Cheque or by Demand Draft issued on Ch. Dadri Banks. Parents should send crossed cheques in favour of "HD Public School" along with two completed copies of the pay-in-slip. Outstation cheques are not acceptable at all.
    The fee must be deposited as per following schedule. However, parents have the option to deposit the fees for any number of months in advance.

    Quater Fees for the Period of Due Date
    First April to June Between 1st-15th April
    Second July to September Between 1st-15th July
    Third October to December Between 1st-15th October
    Fourth January to March Between 1st-15th January

  1. Annual charges will be payable along with the fee for the month of April
  2. The last date for the payment of fees is the 15th of every Quarter month by Cheque only. No cash will be accepted. After 15th a fine of Rs. 20/- per day & after 25th a fine of Rs. 100/- per day will be charged.
  3. If the fees could not be deposited till the last date i.e. 30th of each quarter, the name of the student will be struck-off from the rolls and the child will not be allowed to attend the school. Re-admission will be considered on the availability of the seats and on the payment of pending fee & re-admission fee of Rs. 750/-
  4. The parents are requested to write the Name, Admission No., Class & Section of their ward at the back side of the cheque.
  5. Any cheque returned by the bank (dishonored) will be treated in the category of non- payment of fees and Rs. 200/- shall be charged extra.
  6. It must be noted that any amount (Tuition fee, Transport fee, Annual Charges, Admission Charges,......) is not refundable by the school management .
  7. If the fee booklet is lost, duplicate booklet can be obtained from the school counter only after seeking the permission from the Account Deptt. and the payment of Rs.100/-
  8. Three month's written notice is necessary if a parent withdrawn his/her child.
  9. Part payment of tuition fee or bus fee is not permissible.
